About Cardinal Newman Faith Resources Incorporated

Cardinal Newman Faith Resources Incorporated is a catechetical resource centre that has a wide range of catechisms, catechetical and sacramental programs, books, media and piety items available to support priests, parishes, families, schools, teachers and catechists to educate people of all ages in all aspects of the Catholic Faith.
All materials available are faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church.
Founded by Father James Tierney in 1974 as non-profit apostolate, the resource centre not only helps educate children and adults in the Catholic Faith but provides resources to help with their continued spiritual growth with a wide range of reading and media material suitable for all ages.
Father Tierney’s prolific writings include his own catechisms, Catholic Family Catechism Apostles’ Edition II (for 6-13 year olds) and Disciples’ Edition II (for 14 years and above) renowned for being comprehensive and precise, as well as his famous adventure story books, the Bush Boy series, that enkindle a deep love for the Australian bush and show the value and joys of Catholic family life.
